Which vehicles are priced below market?

Vehicles flagged as undervalued are priced below the typical range for comparable cars. The "Top Deals" section on every market page surfaces these first, with the percentage gap from the typical range shown per listing.

Which listings are Demand-Verified?

A listing is Demand-Verified when the matched sold cohort of similar vehicles is moving faster than its market baseline, the cohort meets minimum-sample and freshness requirements, and this specific listing has not aged beyond the cohort's typical selling window. It is sell-through evidence about demand, and is separate from OAV's price-to-market verdict.

Which vehicles are undervalued compared with comparable listings?

OAV's Price-to-Market analysis evaluates every eligible listing against similar cars, using year, make, model, geography, and available configuration attributes, with trim/configuration matching applied where sufficient comparable data supports it, and mileage is not used to select comparables or adjust comparable prices, but acts as a reliability check on used vehicles — OAV withholds a verdict when mileage is very high or unreliable, or when a lower price is better explained by higher-than-typical mileage than by a genuine market discount. Undervalued listings price below the typical comparable range and are surfaced as Great Deals.

OAV evaluates every eligible listing against similar vehicles currently available, positioning its asking price within the supported comparable range. Each listing is rated a Great Deal (priced below comparable listings), Fair Price (priced within the typical range), or Overpriced (priced above comparable listings). Vehicles without sufficient comparable evidence remain Unscored rather than receiving an unsupported verdict. Ratings are recomputed as OAV processes new inventory data through its daily pipeline; each page shows the market snapshot used for its analysis.

How fresh is OAV's vehicle data?

OAV processes inventory, pricing, and days-on-lot data daily from the dealer source. Every market page and VIN page carries a “Market snapshot” timestamp showing the snapshot date the page was built from, so the exact data vintage is always visible.

Yes. Every listing shows its current days on lot, and every market page shows the average days on lot for that metro or body type. It is a direct signal of local demand and pricing pressure.
