How does OAV determine a Great Deal at Dave Morton Auto Sales?

OAV scores every listing against a comparable cohort of similar vehicles using its patent-pending Price-to-Market (PTM) methodology, built on OAV's patented vehicle market standardization technology. A vehicle qualifies as a Great Deal when its asking price is below the comparable-range floor by at least OAV's minimum-gap margin (a listing below the floor by less than that margin is Fair Price) AND it has enough comparable depth for a confident verdict. Listings without enough comparable depth are surfaced as Unscored rather than mislabeled. Full PTM methodology and DefinedTerm anchors for every label (Great Deal, Fair Price, Overpriced, Unscored) at https://app.oav.io/price-to-market.
