Sold-price data not yet available

OAV publishes sold-price aggregates only when we have at least 20 sold-price observations across 5+ distinct dealers per month for a given state × make × model cell, with no single dealer dominating the sample — the statistical + dealer-anonymization floor we require to publish a defensible market claim. This cell doesn't clear that threshold yet.
